Inspection and Calibration
Every tool in our facility is frequently calibrated according to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. This ensures that calibration is accurate, allows us to conduct GR&R (Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility) research and development and continue to provide the most cutting-edge inspection techniques.
Metallurgical lab
Our lab facility provides detailed hardness testing analysis. Under controlled conditions, we measure the resistance of the material through penetration by harder materials. By applying a given load for a specific duration of time we can determine the hardness value of the material after treatment (nitriding) and the suitability of the hardened material to corrosion resistance. Our in-house laboratory ensures conformance to specifications and the customer’s desired standards.
