Please remember that you must come into the office to pick up your car tag. Have your online order number ready for this.

$450 Full Year (8/25/2024 to 8/24/2025)

We do not hold any spaces for this, first come, first served. If you are purchasing for someone other than yourself. Please provide the information of the individual that is going to be parking the vehicle.

*Fenced & paved. All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. 

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Hang the car tag on your rearview mirror facing out.
2. Pull ALL the way into the space. DO NOT leave the rear end of your vehicle hanging out.  Other renters as well as UPS and the mail truck need to be able to get through the lanes.
3. Make sure you are parked BETWEEN the lines. We know the spaces are narrow, but all spots will be sold so if you are taking up 2 spaces someone else will be without one.
4. If you sell your space to someone else, you will need to bring in your tag and let us know who you are selling the space to. The person buying the space will also need to come to the office to give us their information and pick up the car tag.
5. Park only in the yellow lined spaces. The white spaces are for office personnel.
6. Please be courteous & respectful of other renters and their vehicles.
