We have always manufactured large products, but in the 1960s we expanded our building to create a specialized space for oversized parts. We can hoist 80,000lbs and machine parts up to 14-feet and 4-inches in diameter. In the late 1960s, we made the world’s largest tire mold (pictured here). We are proud to say that in the tire mold industry, we are the only ones that offer capacity for the larger Agricultural and OTR molds.
Milling
We have a wide range of machines to tackle any job. We have seven large platform CNC Milling Machines, four of which are 5-axis with contouring ability. With our team’s 50+ years of machining experience, we are confident we can offer the most efficient and precise machining experience for your product.

Turning
Turning large parts is one of our strongest abilities in manufacturing. We pride ourselves on our proficiency in this department. We have twenty-two Vertical Lathes with the ability to machine over 14-feet in diameter. Our machinists have mastered the art of manual turning and can easily pivot to difficult CNC machining.
